Town hall for students on Thursday, Sept. 23

Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs

Dear UCLA Students:

You are invited to join a virtual town hall for students where we will share fall quarter updates regarding current campus COVID-19 protocols related to academic progress, campus operations and student services. The panelists will first answer student questions that have been submitted prior to the town hall.

The town hall will take place on Thursday, September 23 from 12 – 1 p.m., and will be moderated by Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Development and Health Suzanne Seplow and feature campus administrators.

Registration for the town hall is now open and students can submit questions in advance through the registration page. If time permits, panelist will answer questions posed by students during the town hall. A video recording of the town hall will be available for viewing after the event on the COVID-19 resources website.

As a reminder, you can visit the COVID-19 resources website and the UCLA return to campus webpage for updates about campus health and safety protocols and return to campus plans. If you have additional questions, concerns or thoughts about UCLA’s COVID-19 response, please write to COVID19@ucla.edu.

I hope you will join this important session.

Sincerely,

Monroe Gorden, Jr.
Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
